Job Description
- Build AD Concepts Limited business by identifying new business prospects, and selling products and services while building and maintaining relationships with new and current clients respectively.
- Schedule appointments and meet existing customers to identify and qualify potential prospects and present current product offers.
- Generate and share initiatives for business growth and continuity through networking and, market research.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within the specified timelines and parameters.
- Update and maintain customer account records, including contact names and numbers by developing and maintaining a computerized customer and prospective clients’ database for future sales.
- Use marketing data to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency by using relevant sales management tools.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers through research, networking, and cold calling
- Support Finance Department with collecting revenue from fully executed jobs.
- Debt collection; ensure follow-up on the preparation of invoices, their timely issuance, and collection of payments from clients.
- Update clients on all company products and services.
- Participate in weekly status meetings at AD Concepts Limited.
Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Post Graduate Diploma or other qualification in Marketing is desired.
- 4-6 years of sales experience working in FMG.
- Proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
